Student Polina, having decided that love is the most important thing in life, turns down an internship abroad and marries the man of her dreams.

Fifteen years later, she is a stay-at-home mom with three kids, exhausted by daily routines and household struggles. In a moment of frustration, Polina exclaims, “I wish everything were different!” The next morning, she wakes up in an alternate reality where she once chose her career over love—now she is a successful and wealthy professional but never built a strong relationship.

Meanwhile, Polina the career woman finds herself in the life of Polina the homemaker, surrounded by children. She, too, was unhappy with her reality and made a wish for change. Now, to return to their true lives, both women must reevaluate their choices and search for harmony.
